Sports d'Epoque and its partner, the National sports museum, are proud to present the first French rooster to appear on a sports jersey
It was for a France vs Ireland match that this rooster appeared "certainly red" according to different sources.
We are in 1905, this rooster is unique due to its story but also due to its size and shape ! It's only in 1912 that we discover a new rooster, It is combined with the rings of the Union des Sociétés Françaises des Sports Athlétiques (U.S.F.S.A) then parmanently replaced in 1922 after the creation of the Fédération Française de Rugby. This jersey made from heavy, quality cotton is proudly made in France by Sports d’Époque in partnership with the National Sports Museum.
