The rooster from the 1920's French rugby team
This rooster with spread wings belonged to René Crabos, a talented player who was won of the first grand French rugby tacticians.
This rooster appeared on the 1920 French rugby team's jersey. It appeared on the U.S.F.A. teams jerseys (Union des Sociétés Françaises des Sports Athlétiques in 1913 along with the Union rings. The rooster permanently replaced the rings in 1922 after the creation of the French Rugby Federation (FFR).
