The history of the productTEE TIME!
IN 1744, THE HONOURABLE COMPANY OF EDINBURGH GOLFERS PUBLISHED THE FIRST 13 RULES OF GOLF, TURNING THIS CENTURIES-OLD PASTIME INTO A TRUE SPORT.
These rules-, titled "Articles and Laws in Playing at Golf", were created to organize a tournament, the oldest known to date. They established essential standards, including those for the tee, the starting area of a hole (different from today’s modern tee).
This code marked the beginning of a structured game, setting the foundation for respecting courses and play. The original parchments are now preserved in St Andrews, Scotland.
