The following general sales conditions are agreed to by:

All Internet users wishing to buy a product on the Sports-depoque.com website referred to hereafter as "the client".
The following conditions regard the sale of all products presented on the sports-depoque.com website by the company Sports d’Epoque. Therefore any person who orders a product on this website accepts in their entirety the following general sales conditions.
The parties agree that their relationship will be exclusively managed by the present contract and excludes all other conditions.
Sports-depoque.com reserves the right to change this list of countries at any time.
All validated orders on the website sports-depoque.com imply complete acceptance of these general sales conditions, and possibly certain specific conditions related to a particular product or products or orders.
Article 1 - Object
The present terms aim to define the party’s mutual obligations and the different stages in the order process.
These terms are valid until the next time company Sports d’Epoque modifies them.
Article 2 - Articles and products
Sports-depoque.com is a website that proposes the sale of articles linked to the history of sport, such as clothes, posters or other reproductions of works that cover the subject of sport.
The products sold on the site are in accordance with the regulations that apply in France.
The articles visible on the site are available until stocks run out.
Therefore sports-depoque.com does not guaranty the availability of articles sold for a definite period.
Any client complaints concerning the order or delivery of an article no longer in stock will be considered unfounded.
In this case, sports-depoque.com commits itself to inform by e-mail or telephone any clients who have ordered an article that is no longer in stock.
The articles on offer are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions do occur in this presentation, the responsibility of sports-depoque.com cannot in anyway be implied. Photographs and illustrations of products supporting the texts are not contractually binding.
Article 3 - Product prices and delivery
The product prices are in €euros VAT included. The delivery costs are presented separately. Post or transporters deliver orders with a minimum participation in the delivery costs and packing. Transport risks are borne by the client once the article has left the warehouse. The client must check the packaging and the state of the articles delivered, and inform immediately Sports d'Epoque of any anomaly found.
The VAT included is the French VAT rate in use for the products in question. If the VAT rate came to be modified, these changes could be reflected in the product prices without first informing the client.
Delivery is made in the delays indicated in article 3.4 starting with the expedition of the order, not with standing any accidental circumstance or force major that delays delivery independent of the wishes of sports-depoque.com.
The company Sport d’Epoque commits to making the best effort to deliver ordered products to clients in a maximum delivery time of 35 days to the address given by the client at the time of ordering, on the condition that the article is in stock; otherwise the client will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
As an indication and depending on the designated country here are the delivery times:
France: colissimo delivered in 2 working days.
DOM - TOM: colissimo, delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
These delays are given as an indication and if they are surpassed at any time the client can ask for no reclamation or indemnity or order cancellation.
The company Sport d’Epoque can modify the delivery costs at any time.
Right to withdrawal and changes
If the client wishes to withdraw or change an ordered article, he has 7 days to inform the company Sport d’Epoque at the following electronic address: adv@sports-depoque.com and must detail the reason for this request.
After studying the request to change an article, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail giving the details for the change, reimbursement or credit note.
The articles must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the following address:

Article 4 - Ordering
The client interested by an article seen on the website sports-depoque.com must follow the following procedure to establish his order.
After clicking on the icon "To order" and after having checked the details of his order (quantity, price, size, etc.), le client prints the order form and posts it along with his payment.
Means of payment: by check.
The client permanently and irrevocably validates his order with the following details:

- The order will be processed as soon as it is received with the check.
Articles are reserved for a maximum of 5 working days after an on line order. After this delay ordered articles not paid for will be put back on sale.
Article 5 - Data processing and liberties
During the order process , consumer details are collected. The consumer attests to knowing this. In line with the laws n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 & n°2004-801 of 7 August 2004, The consumer can at any moment have access and modify these details.
Article 6 - Responsibility
For all the steps in accessing the website, from consulting, eventual form filling in , passing an order, delivery of articles or any other service, sports-depoque.com is only liable within its means.
Therefore, the responsibility of sports-depoque.com will not be engaged for any inconvenience or inherent damage while using the internet and completely exterior to the diligence and precautions taken by sports-depoque.com.
In particular, any disruption to the service, or any outside intrusion or presence of electronic viruses will not engage the responsibility of de sports-depoque.com.
Also, any fact qualifying as a force major in the jurisprudence of the Cour de Cassation, totally exonerates sports-depoque.com of any responsibility.
Aricle 7 - Intellectual Property and competition
All elements of the website sports-depoque.com, visual or of the underlying technology, are protected by the author’s rights, brands or patents.
They are exclusive property of sports-depoque.com or its partners, and in particular of the Musée National du Sport, who has delegated the use of.
The user who has a personal website and wishes to create a link directly to sports-depoque.com, must first consult and get the authorisation from de sports-depoque.com.
In all cases, any links, even tacitly authorised, must be retracted by simple request from sports-depoque.com.
Article 8 - Disputes and rights
The language of the present general sales conditions is French.
Each party is allowed to engage any useful procedure, the express competence being that of the Tribunal of commerce of the town of Versailles.
All buying and sales operations, as well as the present general sales clauses are submitted to French law.
